Sustainability Statement

Reacon Group's governance sits within the Westman Group of Companies. Ownership, direction and accountability for sustainability, responsible procurement and modern slavery compliance are held at group level. Day-to-day accountability for compliance within Reacon operations sits with Reacon's leadership team.

We commit to:

• Operating within Australian legal and regulatory obligations across environment, employment, work health and safety, and modern slavery
• Sourcing responsibly, with a preference for locally produced materials and locally accredited suppliers where practical
• Reviewing supplier practices against our expectations and taking corrective action where required
• Reporting transparently to our clients on the sustainability and compliance credentials of the products and services we supply

Our environmental practice is aligned to the operating standards of the Westman Group and is applied consistently across our Sydney production.

Current environmental practices include:

• Use of paper stocks certified under recognised chain-of-custody schemes, where the client brief permits, including FSC and PEFC
• Vegetable-based inks used across the majority of offset production
• Waste paper and consumables recycled through commercial recycling contracts
• Energy-efficient lighting across the production floor
• Elimination of film and plate-making chemistry through digital pre-press workflows
• No press-cleaning chemicals in categories where digital or aqueous alternatives are available

We work with clients to specify environmentally preferable production choices, including recycled and lower-impact stocks, ink and coating options that improve recyclability of finished product, and packaging designs that reduce material use.

Our supply chain is made up of paper merchants, commercial print suppliers, packaging suppliers, technology services suppliers, transport and logistics suppliers, and warehouse suppliers.

We assess suppliers against the following:

• Alignment to our Supplier Code of Conduct
• Compliance with applicable Australian labour, work health and safety and modern slavery obligations
• Environmental and quality management credentials, including FSC, PEFC, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 where applicable
• Ongoing performance on quality, delivery and service

Where a supplier does not meet our expectations we work with them on corrective action, or transition the category to a supplier that does.

Reacon Group operates within the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) framework. Our compliance approach is set out in our Anti-Modern-Slavery statement, available for download in the footer of every page.

Our approach to human rights and labour standards includes:

• Employment terms that meet or exceed the National Employment Standards under the Fair Work Act 2009
• A safe workplace maintained under Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW) obligations
• Recruitment and progression practices that do not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity
• Supplier engagement that expects the same standards to apply through our supply chain

We provide our team with clear channels to raise workplace concerns confidentially, including through direct management, HR channels, and independent external avenues where the concern relates to conduct at senior levels.

Reacon Group's operations are certified against the following standards:

• ISO 9001 — Quality management
• ISO 27001 — Information security management
• PCI DSS — Payment card data handling
• HACCP — Food safety for food-contact packaging

We are also one of seven Australia Post Data Partners nationally.
